We need your HELP!
At Peace Love ACCESSibility (PLA), we believe it’s important to start, and continue, open conversations about access. Today, we’re asking for your help in thinking through accessible parking and how we can all be more thoughtful about it.
Here’s a scenario:
I’m heading to the store, but I don’t drive. My PCA, or friend is driving me. I am not going into the store.
In this situation, should the driver park in an accessible parking space so they can run in without me, or should they park in a regular parking space?
We’re genuinely interested in what people think. Please answer YES! or NO!
There’s no judging here, just openness and conversation. Also, please share the hope is to get as many responses as possible.
